Announcements: We were nominated for "Best of Gwinnett" in 2010, 2011 & 2012! We won for "Best of Gwinnett" in 2011!! Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church Preschool is a curriculum-based weekday program for children ages 2-5 for 2013-14 school year. The staff is comprised of dedicated women who love teaching children and love the Lord. Our goal is to provide a loving, safe environment in which a child can grow spiritually, socially, intellectually, physically, and mentally. Opportunities for growth and learning are given to each child through play and a variety of activities. Children learn to trust others, respect others and themselves, and understand the love of Jesus Christ. In addition to developmentally appropriate academics, the children attend Chapel, Music, and Movement weekly. A Christian environment is evident through Bible verses, grace before snacks and meals, respect for others, and love of Jesus Christ. We believe a child's early school experience should be one full of love, fun, and nurturing. |
| For 2013-14, we will serve children ages 2-5. Classes are set according to what your child's age is as of September 1, 2013. Our 2-year-olds attend 2 days a week. Our 3-year-olds attend 3 or 4 days a week. Four-year-olds attend 4 or 5 days a week. Our 5-year-olds (not Kindergarten) attend 5 days a week. Hours are 9am - 12:30pm for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds. Five-year-old hours are 9:00am - to 1:00pm. The children eat a snack and lunch at school. We follow the Gwinnett County Schools calendar for holidays (with the exception of start date, finish date and snow make up days). Our teacher student ratio for 2-year-olds is 2:12; for 3-year-olds is 2:14; for 4-year-olds is 2:16; and for 5-year-olds is 2:16. |

Parent Testimonial: It is a very challenging time as a new mother to decide where you might let your child go to preschool. For me as a mother of three boys, there was no doubt where their home would be. Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church Preschool was this place. But for those of you who are not aware of the program, questions remain. Perhaps these are some of your questions...Am I making the best choice for my children? This is so new to me, what do I need to look for? Allow me to let you know, keep asking the questions. Your questions will be answered. As a mother, we can only hope for a program that understands that these children are sponges, wanting to learn. Learning happens in the smallest ways. Hamilton Mill knows this and thrives on constantly improving the preschool. We have been blessed. to be a part of HMUMC Preschool for seven years. HMUMC Preschool will welcome your child. The preschool is going to celebrate it's tenth year. This preschool knows what they are doing. 2 year olds - $140 for 2 days a week 3 year olds - $160 for 3 days a week 3 or 4 year olds - $180 for 4 days a week 4 year olds - $200 for 5 days a week 5 year olds - $220 for 5 days a week A non-refundable registration fee, the same as one month's tuition, is due at time of registration. Tuition is due at the first of each month. Activity Fee: This Fee will be collected at Open House on August 28 and 29, 2013. It covers all programs and field trips throughout the year as well as T-shirt and tote bag. The 4 and 5-year-old fee includes a graduation fee. 2 and 3 year-olds: $50 4 and 5 year-olds: $85 |
