Cheer Coach Clinic:  Sunday, January 29^th from 5pm – 7pm in the Great Room at HMUMC. If you have volunteered to coach, be a “team mom” or would like to volunteer, we will be hosting a clinic to review cheer practices and to answer any questions regarding the upcoming season!

 Basketball Evaluations: Tuesday, February 7^th, from 6pm – 8pm at Ft. Daniel Elementary school. Age groups k-4 through 2^nd grade should arrive at 6pm. Age groups 3^rd grade through 5^th/6^th grade should arrive at 6:45 pm. If you have a child in both age groups you may attend either time slot with all participants. Coach assignments and teams will be drafted after evaluations.

Parent’s Meeting:  Sunday, February 12^th, from 1pm – 2:30 at HMUMC in the Shed. We will review policies and procedures and answer any remaining questions!

Practices:  Basketball will practice on EITHER a Tuesday or a Thursday at Ft. Daniel or Ivy Creek elementary schools. Practices will run for 1 hr. from 6pm – 7pm or 7pm – 8pm. You will be assigned your practice day/time after evaluations.

Cheer will meet on the same days and times but will be held at HMUMC in the Great Room. You will be contacted by your assigned coach regarding your practice day/time during the first week of February. The first day of practice will be Tuesday, February 21^st for BOTH basketball and cheer.

Game Schedule: Games will run for eight weeks with Saturday, March 31^st and Saturday, April 7^th off for Spring Break. The first game will be on Saturday, March 3^rd and the last game will be on Saturday, May 5^th. All games will be held on Saturdays at Ft. Daniel elementary and will run for @ 50 minutes between the hours of 9am – 4pm.

 Banquet:  The Upward Celebration/Banquet will be held on Saturday, May 5^th from 6pm – 8pm at HMUMC! Dinner will be served and your children will be recognized!
