Music is an important part of church life at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church. The music program seeks to blend the richness of the past with the excitement of the present through a diversity of musical groups and styles.

Adult Choirs
Choirs lead music at both services. A Contemporary Praise Band plays each Sunday at the 9:30 service. All choirs and ensembles are non-audition and are always open to new members. Below are rehearsal schedules.

• Chancel Choir - Wednesdays from 7-8:30 p.m.(except during July); Sundays at 10:30 a.m.
• Celebration Team (including Praise Band and Vocal Ensemble) - Wednesdays from 6:45-8 p.m.

Instrumentalists
We are always in need of instrumentalists to enhance our weekly worship services, as well as to accompany various choral pieces. Orchestral music is also provided at special productions around Christmas and Easter. Rehearsals for instumentalists are set on an as-needed basis.

Youth and Children's Choirs
An exciting and fast-growing youth choir meets Sundays at 4 p.m. during the school year. This group prepares contemporary music to present in worship services. Any youth in the 6th through 12th grades is invited to participate.

Children's choirs meet every Wednesday afternoon at 5 p.m. during the school year. The Sonbeams Choir is for 3-year-olds while kids pre-K and K meet for Sonshine Choir. Kids in grades 1-5 meet for Kidz Praize. All children are invited to attend.
