Associate Pastor Jason Mincey
I answered God’s call to the ministry in 2002, after a 15-year career with BellSouth. In June of 2003, I was appointed to Trinity United Methodist Church in Covington, Georgia, where I served for five years before coming to Hamilton Mill UMC in June of 2008. I graduated from Heritage High School in Conyers, Georgia in 1986, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Finance) from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Divinity degree from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology. I’ve been happily married to Kim for 15 years and we have two beautiful daughters, Maggie (13) and Mackenzie (12). I want to pinch myself every day when I wake up! I still can’t believe that I am blessed to be able to teach, preach and serve the Lord alongside my brothers and sisters here at Hamilton Mill UMC! For me, there is no greater joy than seeing someone’s life transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, seeing the look in their eyes when Jesus Christ ceases to be just a religious concept and finally becomes real to them. Faith is meaningless unless it is real, and it is not real until it is lived out. I genuinely enjoy helping people explore new ways to live out their faith in Christ by sharing His love with the world. Email: Jason.Mincey@hmumc.org

Associate Pastor Matt Tuggle The summer of 2002, the summer before my senior year at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, something strange happened to me. God, by leading me into a commitment to read from the scriptures and pray daily for the first time, broke into my life in a new and intimate way. At the end of that summer I accepted my call to live as a committed Christian, and over the next few years, while working in special education and volunteering in youth ministry in Richmond, Virginia, I began to accept my calling to leadership in the Church. I served as the Director of Youth Ministries at Good Shepherd UMC in Richmond for two years before moving to Texas to attend seminary at Perkins School of Theology, SMU. While at Perkins I served in youth ministry at Highland Park UMC and (much more importantly!) married a wonderful woman named Amy. Amy and I feel very fortunate to be a part of Hamilton Mill UMC, a church where both God and people are clearly at work. Email: Matt.Tuggle@hmumc.org

Director of Spiritual Growth - Harvey Mann
Twenty plus years ago my life was so changed by being in a Bible Study that I have not been the same since. I know if God can use a study to change me, He can do the same for anyone! My hope is for all people at Hamilton Mill UMC to understand what a huge difference being a part of some type of small spiritual group can be in your life. I am passionate about God’s Word and having people study it so they learn it for themselves and learn to believe it for themselves, not just because their parents did or their spouse does. My deepest prayer is for all people to know Christ as their Savior and to know without a doubt that He loves them just as they are.

Director of Hospitality and Event Programming – Robin Boozer
As I look back at my life, I can clearly see that God has been preparing me for the day that He would call me to serve. At the age of five, I hosted regular tea parties for all of my friends and stuffed animals. Years later, I graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Consumer Food Science and went on to enjoy a career as Director of Sales and Catering for the Hyatt and Ritz Carlton Hotel Companies. My greatest fulfillment though came through serving others. I have served as a mother, wife, Girl Scout Leader, PTA President, School Council Representative and Sunday School Teacher. When the Director of Hospitality position was created at the church, I knew that God was asking me to join His team. It is my goal to protect the sanctity of our church to ensure that it is open to everyone, to enhance the community, build strong marriages and families and be a beautiful place to worship our Lord. My passion of creating a secure and loving Christian environment for our children and parents began when my child was little and I was afraid to leave him in the nursery. I needed a chance to grow spiritually and I was very overwhelmed.
